![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() He came to Paris in 1967 and set up his first shop in the 'Swiss Village' where he was very successful due to his audacious taste and vast knowledge of XVIIth and XVIIIth century Italian antiques. ![]() He moved to "le Louvre des Antiquaires" and then to "le Carré Rive Gauche", finally settling down to 220 Boulevard Saint Germain in the 7th district of Paris. Jean Sarfati knew how to surprise and astonish us with his furniture and other articles of rarely equalled magnificence and quality. He passed away in 1994. |

His son Pascal, antique dealer since 1985 has now taken up the challenge of finding the kind of furniture he was familiar with in his youth, that is pieces which go beyond furnishing and decorating and bring us splendour, nobility and generosity along with a quality which has become even rarer today. ![]() |
